1. No Return Policy: Timeless Furniture does not offer returns on any of our products as these are pre-owned restored furniture. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your purchased items before completing your purchase. Timeless Furniture will include all known defects or age related concerns on the advertised product. Kindly refer to all pictures and the full description on the advertised product before concluding your purchase.

2. Repair Policy: We take pride in the restoration and quality of our antique furniture. In the event that you encounter any issues with your purchased item within 30 days from the date of purchase, Timeless Furniture offers complimentary repairs. Repairs will be conducted by our skilled craftsmen to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the piece. However, please note that repairs will only be carried out if the damage was not caused by the client. Items sold as an unrestored product and will not qualify for this service.

3. Exclusions: Electrical items, including lighting fixtures and electronic components, are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund. Please carefully consider your purchase of electrical items, as they are non-returnable. Timeless Furniture will advise on any defects to all electrical items and components.

How to Request a Repair or Exchange: If you need to request a repair within the 30-day period or wish to initiate an exchange within 7 days of purchase, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email to explain the issue and provide relevant details, including your order number and a description of the problem.
  • Assessment and Approval: Our team will assess the situation and determine if the item is eligible for repair or exchange based on our policies.
  • Repair or Exchange Process: If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back to us. Once received, we will either conduct the necessary repairs or arrange for the exchange, as per the policy.

Please note that any damage caused by the client, improper use, or modifications to the purchased item will not be covered under the repair or exchange policies.
